This is the personal blog of Tyler Hardeman, an IT professional in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.

I work for a local company in a variety of roles including, but not limited to:

• Technical support
• Adminisration of the BlackBerry Enterprise Server
• Server administration
• workstation deployment

I am also a certified lifeguard, and continue to work part time in that role for the City of Edmonton.  Some of my certifications include:

• National Lifeguarding Service
• Aquatic Emergency Care
• CPR C
• Oxygen Administration
• Automatic External Defribulator administration

As part of lifeguarding I am personally responsible for the safety of the patrons that use our facility.  I have training in Pool operations, and help maintain the mechanical systems of the pool, as well as maintaining the water chemistry using such chemicals as Chlorine gas, caustic soda, and hydrochloric acid.

The internet plays an important part in my day to day activities, as such, I am active in several places on the internet. On most services my screen name is either wunderbar or thewunderbar.
