"Coun. Tony Caterina also said service cuts wouldn't be needed to keep next year's hike in the single-digits. "It's not all said and done at this point, but I think it looks very promising with the percentage we're looking at," Caterina said. "I think there's going to be a number of ways to maintain that budget without reducing services." You quoted him as saying this is something we can "live with".
